Yippee! The gratitude game

November Intention:

I embrace the upcoming holidays and step up my gratitude game.

Remaining in a state of gratitude for both the little and big things in my life brings me more and more to be grateful for.

Take some action:

Start that gratitude journal you’ve heard so much about. Place your gratitude journal near your bed and enter three items each night that you are grateful for.  Shawn Achor, corporate trainer, author, speaker and advocate for positive psychology, makes this suggestion in his TED Talk, recommending that you enter three different things each day over the course of 21 days. That’s 63 different things to be grateful for. This helps to build new neural pathways and magnetizes amazing situations to your life.
